"This review is specifically for the one on 555 9th St SF CA. I used to go frequently almost twice a week. The food was good--nothing extraordinary l, but I thought it was reasonably priced. Then, I learned how rude and cheap this establishment is like a lot of the reviews state. The cook has always been extremely rude and gets mad if you ask for the smallest thing like a napkin. The cashier who is always working couldn 't look like he cares less.I told myself to stop going there because I 've always felt they were really rude, but one day I was on my lunch break and it was the only quick option around. I ordered some tacos and once I started eating them, 2/3 tortillas all fell apart. They were so soggy...so I figured let me go ask for a fork so I don 't have to eat the rest of the wet toppings with my hand. I asked the cashier for a fork and he looks at me funny and asks, for your burrito? I say, no, for the tacos I just ordered from you. Mind you, I had ordered from them 5 min ago and there 's no foot traffic so why he was acting like we had never met is beyond me. He grumpily makes the chef give me a fork. I tell him thanks and no need to worry about the trouble because I 'll never be coming back again. He tells me to fck off and then runs out to take a a picture of my license plate. If people are spending money with you, napkins and that sort of thing aren 't a big ask. I certainly don 't expect to be cursed at either. Don 't support this business! Their food doesn 't even taste that good either."
