"I ordered a Prosecco Brut, but the waitress brought Mumm Brut opened it and poured. When I said that’s not what I ordered, she said she’d bring me the Prosecco. A few minutes later she brought the Prosecco. When the bill came, I was charged for both! Rather than get a manager and go thru the hassle of correcting it, I left a significantly lower tip to accommodate for this extremely poor service. Additionally, PF Chang’s doesn’t provide paper or regular menus anymore, you need to download it on your phone. I am years old and have difficulty looking at a menu one item at a time on a small screen. I understand it’s a Covid thing, but they should provide at least a paper menu for older folks who can’t see as well, nor are tech savvy"
