"Went to drive thru. Order taken promptly. Pulled up and waited about 5 minutes behind a truck. They got their food. I pulled up and paid. Then, they asked me to pull up. That was my first clue. They move you through to look like they’re quick. Wrong. I waited in car 10 more minutes before going in. I walked in. I told them I ordered, waited, paid, and waited. They started putting my meal together. They said they wanted me to have fresh tenders. Did they figure that out 10 minutes after I ordered? How long does it take to cook chicken strips? I hear this is why people don’t go there so much anymore. I’m disappointed. Food was ok. Service slow. Employees seem to have no “sense of urgency “."

"Arrived Chicken Express 9:21 pm. Ordered 2 #4 with Breast. Was told it would be a 20 minute wait. I ask what was available now. They offered 3 wings to replace 2 Breast. I said “ give me 4 wings alls Good. The “Young lady on the speaker, said No Deal. Either hire Adults to run your store or at least train them babies. BTW,Chicken Express was one of my Favs. Not any More.We left Chicken Express went to Whataburger. Left a $30 tip because Whataburger knows how to treat their customers."

"Just went to this establishment and I am not happy with the service I received. I place my order quickly which I was happy about only to pay to see I was over charged. I was made to pull up and when my order was brought out I addressed me being over charged with Abil only for him to tell me he can?t give me a refund but instead offered me 3 chocolate chip cookies. I asked for an additional apple pie since I?d just purchased one and the overage that I was charged was equal to that of the apple pie at $1.99. He said he couldn?t give me another pie because there was a 2 minute wait on pies. I asked if mine was in the bag he said yes. My bag is loaded with boxes after spending $57 here? well guess what I got home and there?s no apple pie. Tried calling the store but no one answered. Doesn?t surprise me! Be cautious when ordering from this establishment. Shady workers, shady practices. One star! Stole my money and my pie. Spoiled coleslaw, lukewarm fries, corn nuggets, and chicken. Just close this place already!"

"I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 15 pieces chicken tsarte, half spicy half regular, my wife can't eat spicy food, we ended up with four pieces regularly and the rest and spicy. Spicy was so dry. You really couldn't eat it and eat it cold. I also ask for a small thing of gravity and also a grill sauce diving sauce, I don't care about her severity. Sauce and everything. Is it that it should be cold chicken not to fulfill your order?"

"Chicken express is one of the best places to get fried chicken pliers! they have good price quotes, and even if they don't do it, they give them one or two extra to write for a smaller one. the offers come with cream engraving, which is excellent. they also have a lot of pages. our favorites are the green beans that are Italian style, the kartoffels and okra. I like their icy, especially during the happy hour at .50, which I think is 2 to 4 o'clock, but check this. If they order the express channels, it comes with a tokuit or a roll and gravure, but that's all, they need to order combo if they want a side and drink. when they live in new brown rocks, they often have good looks in a poster we use. we recommend chicken express! I also know they're mean!"

"With all the craziness of inside closed, the drive up and drive thru was very busy. They seemed to be on the ball and moved the lines through quite quickly. Their tenders deal with 2 sides and biscuits pretty hard to beat. We ordered spicy wish they were a little more but not evey one likes super spicy. Just added more to mine at home. Gravy was okay could use a little more pepper. The poppers very tasty and the Mac and cheese was okay. Lacked a little flavor."

"This was my 1st time for this chain and have been wanting to try it out. Several comments to share. The young lady that took our order, a POC, was outstanding! I went to the beverage area and dispensed myself some unsweetened Tea and as I went to drink it, it had the same smell as old stagnant water. It was disgusting, I poured it out and dispensed myself some more tea and it had the same repugnant odor. I took it to the cashier and she smelled the same thing. She then took it over to a woman whom I assume was her Manager and the manager balked at it, refused to smell it and she did nothing about it. She basically ignored the whole situation, turned back and went about her business. The young lady at the cashier totally took command, offered a clean cup and instructed me. to help myself to a different type of beverage. We had ordered 2 beverages but the other member in my party didn?t want any part of th beverage area. So the young lady who took our order came over and offered an extra side for the inconvenience. This young lady was the epitome of Customer Service and she should be recognized for that. I would come back to this location because of her. As far as the manager. I would never come back to this location because of her inaction and complete dismissal of us, her customers. The young lady that was the cashier should be the manager of this store and this manager we encountered needs to go,to,Customer Service training."

"Only reason this is getting 1 star is bc the sweet tea is always on point. Besides that, I just ordered a spicy #1 and the chicken was inedible and the mashed potatoes were like paste. There was barely any chicken in the breading, and what little chicken was there seemed like eating jerky from sitting under the heat lamp all day. If you can manage to make other things to order, chicken should be the biggest since the word is in the name of the store. Chicken Express has always been my favorite place to get chicken since I moved to the area bc other places always serve theirs this way.
