"We have dined here before and had a great experience. However when bringing new friends there last weekend, it was a different experience all together. Our reservation was at 5pm on a Saturday night. We picked this restaurant because it was walking distance to the Orpheum and we had tickets to the 7:30 show. We arrived on time and were seated, there were three other occupied tables in the dining room. The waitress came over and gave us water and asked if we wanted a drink menu. We replied YES . The waitress didn 't return for 27 minutes, and I know this because I timed it. My reaction was to leave, but my new guests opted to wait it out. When the waitress returned, she acted like it was her first time at our table! I reminded her that we were waiting on a drink menu, and she said someone else was supposed to bring it. Never the less, the drink menu never arrived. We just drank the water on the table. WE gambled, and placed our order and waited another 37 minutes for 75% of it to arrive. One of our guests got her food out when we were already finished! The waitress never brought out lemon as requested. The service was just POOR!!! all the way around. This was highly disappointing especially since we had brought friends for the first time. On another note, the food once it arrived was still good. We will not be returning any time soon."
