"I have been a customer here since they opened . I have dined in and done take out as well . Never had a problem yet with the food . It’s mostly been good. But when ever it comes to delivery , they mess it up royally . Anytime I place a delivery option order on the website , I always get a call from them saying they don’t have a driver or if it’s lunch time, they would say delivery is not available till 5 pm or some other lame excuse . They have delivered promptly maybe 2 times out of the 10 times I have ordered for delivery . My friends said they have had the same experience. If I don’t feel like driving , that’s when I place an order for delivery . Once I pay for my food and then you calling me to say it can’t delivered is a not a viable option. Please update your website to have an option where you can update the customer of the delivery wait time or if you don’t have a driver , that at that moment delivery is not available. Which would make things way more simple and helpful for the customers."
