"Flamant holds the title for the most phenomenal meal that I've had in a long time. It's situated in an adorable renovated home near downtown Annapolis, and boasts a clean, modern interior. The wait staff was exceptionally diligent and gracious, which was especially impressive given than several of them looked as though they were high school aged. My sweetheart and I had the Crispy Jerusalem Artichoke, Blue Crab Rolls, and Duck Confit Duck small plates and savored every bite. We shared the Grilled Barramundi entrée and I am still having dreams about it. (The Belgian Fries didn't taste much different from traditional boardwalk fries to me, but they were a nice addition to our meal. The Pecan Speculoos Tart dessert was made with thin layers of phylloh dough, similar to baklava, and was amazing accompanied by the Dutchman's Nightcap. And, the Black Machete cocktail is a must-have for mezcal lovers. I cannot wait to return!"
