"our 4th trip as a couple for special event. the trip did not start out on a good note as our room on the 7th floor had insufficient air flow and was at 75 degrees at 6:00 in the morning. We took our concerns to the front desk and Sue Siegel was on duty and she immediately looked for alternate accommodations and found a suite that far exceeded any improvement we could have made. there was another issue that came up and Sue arranged for the manager to speak with us at breakfast Saturday. Needless to say, Sue went above and beyond to salvage our trip."

"I and my man love to go here. sometimes only we both, or sometimes we bring a group. eating is excellent. we go at least once a month if not anymore and we always try to make it when they have live music, is the best on the terrace when rich plays. they also have a full cash if they don't care about wein. the staff is always very helpful and friendly. beautiful that this little jewel is in warren. such a beautiful place and a wonderful atmosphere!"
