"I cannot say enough about my experience at El Inka! I took my wife there for her birthday, and the service and attention to detail were outstanding! The food not only tasted amazing, but it was also beautifully presented. The ceviche sampler we shared was perfectly balanced with a variety of flavors. My wife started with a delicious salad, while I tried the leche de tigre, which was a delicious and refreshing start to the meal. I had never tried ceviche before meeting my wife, but now it is one of my favorite dishes. El Inka may become our go-to spot for this dish! We sat outside and enjoyed the live music, which added to the ambiance. Our server surprised my wife with a traditional Ecuadorian dessert and the trio even sang happy birthday to her. I highly recommend trying this place - you won't be disappointed! You'll definitely be back for more."
