"In summary: Terrible service. Food was good for some, cold for others. 18% Gratuity on parties 6 or more. My complaints can mostly be attributed to the waitress. We had a party of 7. 1. We had to ask specially to receive a specials menu. 2. Our waitress only offered 1 extra water, with no other waters refilled or replacements for our empty drinks. (After over an hour after our food was order and 1st drinks received, an alternate waitress offered us water refills) 3. Our food took roughly an hour and a half, which is understandable besides the fact that half our meals were cold. 4. I ordered my burger's pickles and tomato on the side, and did not receive them. (And the burger was undercooked and cold) I would have been able to walk away without making a yelp account specifically for this complaint, but the very fine print at the bottom of the menu, after the notification that ordering undercooked food is your responsibility, it noted that our waitress was going to automatically receive 18% gratuity from any party of 6 or more including us."
