"In person great food, great prices, great portions. Pero when I try to order online, or have called, siempre cerrado, it's closed. I can't order or get someone online. Twice ordered in person and service was excellent. Just this Monday we tried to order and it was closed mid-day. And now Friday at 2:30 no one is answering the phones nor are the apps taking orders. When is it a good time to call? to order? It doesn't make sense. We want to support but how can we if they are rarely available when we call?for these reasons it gets a 4:5 but really the food is 5/5 if and when you can get it"

"Rip off. They gave a 20% service charge for table service. This charge didn't appear on menu or we told my the waitress. We have eaten here many times before. We have never been charged a a service for table service , this a rip off charge and thenthey expect a tip which we did leave. We will never eat here again. Beware of thr rip off service charge. We will eatelsewhere. The dining room was empty we were the only customers. DON'T EAT HERE RIP OFF SERVICE CHARGE THAT IS NOWHERE WRITTEN ON THE MENU OR VERBALLY TOld TO US. The waitress told it was printed on the bill she gave us. When we questioned the servicecharge. This spoiled our special anniversary date."

"They usually eat here because my girls love the steak. the service is not as good as before. Not only that, but 20% satisfaction is automatically added to their check. I'm a good tipper, but if services aren't good, there's no reason why I should give this percentage. they claim that our system is built up. in service not allowed, no complain about eating."

"From South California, I'm pretty picky what I consider as a good Mexican food, especially as it can be a real hit or miss here in Indiana. This is a real hit in my books! I would definitely recommend to anyone who desires a good and tasteful Mexican food. The portions are quite generous and so you get more than what you pay. The only thing is that it really seems quiet inside? Maybe it depends on day/time. But hey, you're coming for good food and not music right? Haha"

"First of all, I would like to thank the La Placita customer service, who always greets me with a smile. The food on La Placita is excellent! I?m vegetarian and don?t eat meat and they are always available to customize my orders to not include meat. I only have a month that I started to visit this place and I love it! I strongly recommend this restaurant! From tortas(sandwich), quesadillas, burritos to tamales everything is delicious. I also buy the Oaxaca String cheese they use for their cornquesadillas and other recipes, water (young from fresh fruit), fresh mangoes, guavas and more! If you do not order from this place, I recommend you try it!"
