"My first trip to Pluto reminded me of the Nazi soup on Seinfeld... There is a method to order here. First a menu... there are two separate lines, one for salads and one for sides sandwiches. I recommend salad with steak... once you order, they make salad before you and let yourself decide what ingredients and dressing you want. The choices include tomatoes, cucumbers, green apples, crumbs, broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, grapes, cheese and much more. Once you get your food, take the menu and food to pay in cash. Then find a table and dig in! This is one of the cheaper places to eat in downtown Palo Alto. The food is simple, healthy and the portions are quite large."
