"I got a Reuben sandwich. Paid about 11 dollars for it and I thought it was totally worth it. When I got there in the morning, they were still waiting on staff to come in so service was a bit slower than usual. Otherwise, pretty standard experience. The cashier was very helpful in answering any questions about the various options. They have a wide variety of sandwiches and baked goods which are all vegan. Ups for that!Vegetarian options: It's a vegan restaurant is it's only got vegan stuff on the menu.Parking: A free parking lot is located right behind the restaurant. It can fill up rsyjer quickly as it also serves a few other shops beside the restaurant.Dietary restrictions: They have many GF options as well."

"Mochi Muffin Is delicious! Churro is sweet and slightly crunchy while the original is a tad more savory with the hint of sweetness. Both wonderfully chewy! The Chai Latte is delicious as well. Ive been searching for best Chais in Petaluma and this one is high on the list. Lastly the Breakfast Sandwich with chorizo and egg was very yummy! I recommend everyone to give them a try!!"

"I love this place! The tropical sunshine smoothie is fantastic. The mini pancakes with Nutella (Nutella bomb) was sooo good. It was warm with syrup, Nutella, and sone whipped cream and strawberries. It hit the spot! It could totally be for breakfast but not necessarily, also just as a dessert or snack! It wasnt as heavy as a whole order of pancakes and I saved the rest for later. The fruit bomb smoothie is good too."

"I enjoyed it and would stop by again. Definitely a step up from Subway. Jersey Mike's slices their meat fresh right in front of you! Super friendly service guides you through the menu and options. I tried the #9 Club Supreme, which I saw someone in front of me order. It's got their cooked in store Roast Beef (which looked perfectly roasted, not well done! , Turkey, Swiss, Applewood Smoked Bacon (perfectly crispy! , and Mayo along with toppings Mike's Way with onions, lettuce, tomato, olive oil, vinegar, and spices and I added jalepenos on fresh baked rosemary bread. Overall a solid sub, though not the best tasting in the world. I'd go back when convenient, and I want to try some of the hot subs especially the cheese steaks."

A special shoutout to manager Michael, who is one of the nicest guys I've ever met. He always has a smile on his face and does his job professionally. Another shoutout to Tobias, who makes incredible hot and cold subs. I've been here several times and the people are just wonderful. The customer service levels are on par with Chick-fil-A. "I love these sandwiches. They stomp on Jimmy John 's and Subway, granted it 's a more expensive sandwich but, you are worth it. buy the more expensive sandwich and enjoy the finer things in life. Jersey Mike 's has your back. Their giant sandwich is about $15 to $18 depending on which one you get, but it weighs probably about twice as much as a Subway footlong. On a side note: I do wish the customer service was better at this location, I 'm almost never greeted when I walk in and there are a couple sandwich artists that work here who move particularly slow and I can tell are dying inside from how much they hate this job. Doesn 't bother me too much, but if there is a franchise owner out there reading these comments, that is about the quickest way you could improve this location. 'Hey, thanks for coming in, I 'll be with you in a couple of minutes. ' Goes a lonnnngggg way in my book. Or if you see me standing at the counter, don 't continue to make the sandwich while I stand there, then address me when you 're done. Thank you."

"I love Jersey Mikes. I have been to many all over colorado and west coast. This was the first one that I will never return to. The food was fine. It was the service. I had ordered online for pick up and on the way to pick up my order ended up meeting someone there. There were two people a head of us. I went up to the register to ask about our pick up order. I was ignored and than when someone acknowledged me she was annoyed and rolled her eyes when I asked about our to go order. She was making to go orders while my friends snadwhich sat there and he stood there for almost 10 minutes with no one else in line for one sandwhich. There were three workers. While we sat and ate I heard one of the people taking orders hassling every couple that came in that ordered a large sandwhich that they were splitting. There was barely anyone in there and it was taking 10 to 15 mins per sandwhich they made. I was shocked how slow they were. Bummer I tipped well for the to go order and now wish I had not tipped at all. Rude and horrible customer service. If you like Jersey mikes go to a different location especially if you are trying to have a quick lunch."

"I don’t normally go to Jersey Mike's. But I received a gift card for Christmas and figured I'd use it. I got off work late and was able to get there ten minutes before close. The young man who rung me up was having difficulty with my gift card, so out of the kindness of his heart, he gave me my meal on him. I figured the very least I could do was leave a positive review. These random acts of kindness are so far and few these days that whenever they do happen, they should be acknowledged. Very positive experience!"
