"Took 15 minutes to see waiter, not sure how look it would have taken had we not flagged down a wait staff for help. Tables are so close on one side of restaurant, one waiter when passing stuck his hand in our tortilla basket to keep his balance when going around the chair in the table next to us. The loss of the tortilla chips common years ago and now replaced with a few large tortilla chip disks which are dry and divorced of any flavor kill the desire to dip into the flavorful sauces. I will say that the margaritas on our visit were really good. Sad that this restaurant has gone from one of our favorite Mexican restaurants, to now one we may go to if convenient on a given day."

"Incredible mexican restaurant. Love the appetizers of chips and guac (spicy is hot! or the nopales. My favorite dishes here are the lengua burrito (burritos are wet style burritos that come with some delicious rice and beans and the chili rellenos. Can't go wrong with any of the Mexican choices. Unsure what the pizza is like but that's not why I come here. They also have a few beers available. A hidden gem i share here because I want them to prosper."

"The first time here with family an it was amazing.. food was delicious.. place was presentable neat,clean great atmosphere... my nephews never finish their food an here we had to order seconds for them an they had an amazing time ...they even danced a little... "If you are ever in Hickory, North Carolina and are hankering for some Mexican food the. You have found the right spot. The service was very fast and the food was top notch. Couldn't ask for anything better. Portions are are just the right size and the food was beyond amazing. They have amazing drink specials as well as a great lunch menu. Great prices. "My go to Mexican restaurant. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I do feel like the presentation and portion size is so much better when dining in at this restaurant. Here is an example with my togo chori pollo I ordered (I chopped chicken up before I took picture) but you see what I mean— it’s just kind of all put into one big togo container. Lettuce, guac and pico are all warm and mixed into the food and same with the beans.. kind of nonexistent due to the mixing of everything in one container. Although, the food is always fresh just wish togo presentation and portion is how it normally is when I dine in. I posted pictures of my togo food which is the chori pollo and then my dining in food here which was another chicken entree I got a few months back just to show what I mean by portion and presentation."

"This used to be an awesome restaurant but lately it has just been horrible. Servers are rude management is out of touch and dismissive. After eating we decided to just go to the bar for a drink since the service was so poor and there was no bartender. A couple had been sitting there for a while and still haven't got a drink. One of the worst experiences I've had here and I doubt we'll be back."

"Thank you for having such an amazing staff!! Everyone there works together to provide exceptional service. All the bartenders, hosts, servers, runners, and bussers are phenominal. My family celebrates many birthday's there because the waiters make that person feel so special. It's a blast! Thank you for caring about the customers. Managment is doing great as well. I love going in there. I will continue to keep coming back and spreading the word. Love the food! I always get a grilled shrimp taco and fideo soup. I am glad that a mexican food restaurant in town actually has fideo soup. Many don't. Also, the flan dessert is to die for. Keep up the great work! I will see you again soon!"

"Took almost 2 hours to get our food also my wife ordered a water and that took 20 minutes to get and I had received my drink also and even let the waitress know after about 5 to 10 minutes that my wife didn't receive her water. Then after we did get her water and our alcohol I had to send mine back because my long island had stuff floating in it. Finally received our food which was mediocre I wouldn't brag on it but it wasn't that bad just better options in my opinion. I really would like to give them a second chance just to see if the service would be better but don't know if it's worth the time. The customers at the other table got up and walked out because it was taking way to long to receive drinks and honestly was a couple times we almost got up and left but I kept wanting to give them a chance."

"An all-around nice spot in Beverly Hills to grab some good Mexican food and drinks. The atmosphere is open with a welcoming yet refined ambiance. The service was super friendly and attentive too. The food is on the pricier side, but pretty tasty and a good stop between shopping in the area. They have daily lunch specials from 11 to 4 pm and AYCE Sunday Brunch for about $50 with a Bottomless Mimosa add-on for another $25. Very tempting, but I'd probably get kicked out of the stores after being blitz. Anyways, I came here for lunch and tried their Maracuya and Watermelon Mojito for drinks. The Maracuya was an all around good cocktail with the smoky mezcal. I asked for it a little spicy and they added some jalapeños for me. The Watermelon Mojito was like summer. Very juicy, sweet, and bright! For food, they are known for their guacamole so definitely went with that. It came with a citrusy green salsa and a smokey hot red. Pretty good and great for sharing. Really fresh guac that is light and airy being a good mix between chunky and smooth. I also got their Mole Poblano. Super delish and highly recommended! The mole was sweet and deep with smoky notes. It was served over some shredded chicken that was cooked percectly! It came with some rice, plantains, and tortillas to build a taco. Really good mix of carbs! I enjoyed every bite and would get it again. All in all, I enjoyed this place! Aside it being a bit pricy, it had good service, food, and ambiance!"

"Need work with cultural differences especially being in an English speaking country. But, its also a great Mexican American restaurant, so what do you expect. Minor improvements needed such as a new POS system and better communication with Delivery Companies like Postmates. One downside though us the chips I had were stale. "Best Mexican in Williamsburg! New Mexico Place on Graham Ave is a hidden gem among the area restaurants and my new go-to Mexican spot. "I was very disappointed about this place! Their prices are high for the service they provide! I ordered a Guacamole and unfortunately a hair was inside! After that I couldn’t enjoy my food anymore. I told the waiter and they apologize brought a new one but my appetite was not the same anymore so I couldn’t eat it. To my surprise when I asked for my bill the guacamole was included in my check. I honestly think that the least they could have done was removed it from the bill. I also noticed that the gratuity was already included which really surprised me because it was a table of two. And the check said at the bottom gratuity is not included but if you see closely they already include a 20% which I find this very misleading. I did bring this up to the waiter but I doubt they will do anything about this. It is to their benefit to get more tips but I totally disagree with their tactic."
