"My cousin treated me for lunch since I came out of the state. I had mentioned that my state has almost no good Mexican food, so that it proposed this place and it was not disappointed. The chips and salsa were great. They gave us a warm red salsa and also a cool green dip. Both pretty tasty. My meal was also quite good with the homemade tortillas that add a nice touch. I would say her score is actually a 4.5 and if I lived nearby, I would definitely try other dishes again."

"Now I want to be clear... what I am rating might not be their specialty. Restaurant was never empty... as people left they were coming in. To be fair Mexicans.... most clients were Caucasian. I got the Vuelve a La Vida Cocktail... (seafood cocktail) no flavor, no presentation, no way to adjust it... I never seen a raw oyster expand pillow like before in a cocktail. OK, so maybe I should've ordered something else cause everyone else was enjoying their food. The service was great, place was pleasant, people friendly I guess I just ordered the wrong item... to be fair if in town again I will stop by and try something else so no discouragement it was not that bad. Well my honest review..."

"My husband and I went in to eat. They sat us down and gave us salsa and chips and then proceeded to help other people. We sat there for about 14 minutes eating salsa and chips and no one ever came to the table to get a drink order or bring menus. There were other people that came in way after we did and they were getting menus and drinks brought to them. I really liked eating here but that is very bad bad customer service if you ask me. Need new employees and owner."

"El Sarape has remained one of our absolute favorite spots! The food is incredible and never disappoints. Not to mention our FAVORITE server, Jimmy. He is truly such a kind gentleman who goes above and beyond to make our entire experience as great as it can be! We cant wait to come back!"

"Great Hill lunch. A great spot to grab a quick lunch when you're in the mood for Mexican. The quesadilla is good, as is the burrito. It's nothing amazing, but a good patio can create fun ambience for a spring day in D.C."

"This was my first time at Moon Bar but it won't be my last. The menu is small but loaded with great seafood options (really, come for the seafood! . We did four small plates between two people and it was perfect. The wine is wonderful and everything is so reasonably priced. Service was good without being pushy. My only complaint is that the window bar seating was a little awkward with the bench(? in front of your legs, but I got over it. 10/10 will return."
