"The second time I visited, the same staff member shouted that it would take over an hour for pizza. I was willing to wait this time, so I stood there for about 15-20 minutes hoping he would take my order. Instead, he eventually asked if I was still ordering. I replied that I was waiting to place my order, and then he told me I needed to go to the register to do that. I wondered why he couldn’t have told me that sooner. It feels like he’s trying to dissuade me from ordering just to avoid doing his job. I’ve never had issues at any other Fast Trac location, so I decided to go to OIP instead, and they had my pizza ready in just 20 minutes."
