"So Philly native here been in California 26 years. Always on the lookout for a good cheesesteak. I’ve tried the “other place” in Folsom, and the shop in Roseville and was unimpressed. Finally got around to checking out this place and it’s pretty damned good. As aficionados know the roll makes the steak. The rolls here had the right texture, perfectly firm crust and light spongy feel to the body. Meat was cooked nicely not fatty and not chewy. Fried onions and you’re good to go. The need to get a good regular cheese fry with steak fries but the cheesesteak was tasty."
