"I own fine restaurants and am not quickly critical, but the service here was terrible. not only our table, but many others. not busy enough to guarantee inattentiveness or disregard, to remove everything from the table. we finally cleaned our own table and then we saw that some others do the same. I love the atmosphere and the scene. great outdoor area and eating was somewhat above average. our server did not listen, nor was it able to discuss the menu as it was completely oblivious. I assure them that this is not excessively critical. I even encouraged him a few times, but he was a brain in the headlights. just me. I would give him another chance for the atmosphere and music. it was surprised to hear that it was a chain. they need some attention to politics. it begins with the gm."
