"We just got drinks and played games there but the drinks were yummy and the ambiance is just delightful. There is one 1 bathroom with 1 stall and the staff's English is good enough. I would definitely go again and maybe try the food. Lots of good places to take pictures and the menu looks like a magazine!"

"I came here a few months ago with a group of friends for brunch, so I am a little behind the written this review. We decided to order a bit of everything so that each one of us can try a little. It was easier for us to go to the register and order individually because there were so many of us, but they have waiter service. Here's what we ordered: ham and cheese croissant – that was just ok because they reheated it before serving. pastel de carne – grundbeef puff pastries – just good again. It actually cost dry. Not sure if this is how it should taste, but it just didn't let me want to. papa rellena – Potato ball with beef. Again, warmed again, but it was really good. Potato ball with cheese – these were also reheated, but these were the best! I guess because I like this combination personally. How to mix potatoes and cheese properly? Croqueta Jamon, Chicken and chorizo empanadas – from all these, I liked the chorizo. But I had better empanadas. You have free beverage refills: but yes, I had better food smart. They were great with our group, so I can't knock them for their service. One side is that there is a large free parking on the street next to Peach Cafe."

"This restaurant is not reminiscent of traditional southern cuisine. The country fried steak was chewy and the mashed potatoes lacked creaminess. The service was slow and impolite. I would not recommend this restaurant as there are many other superior options in downtown."

"Dope little Bodega in the heart of the loop you can get pretty much anything you need from alcohol to snacks and even a late night meal. The staff was all pretty nice and everything looked pretty clean. Not bad prices on booze either."

"My wife I are fairly new to the area and we were looking for a place for dinner as we celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary. We had heard about Finn's from a family member from the area. The restaurant looked awesome, beautiful inside. The dinner salad was great, however each of the dinners we ordered (meatloaf, salmon snapper) were all severely over cooked. The meatloaf was uneatable it was so overcooked. Service was incredibly slow, especially for a Tuesday night as we had been seated for right at an hour when we first received our salads. The truth is, for the price, the food was very subprime... not what we expected. My recommendation would be to get a new chef before they take you down. One positive, when we told them the meatloaf was terrible, they comped the meal and added a dessert. We would have preferred they cooked the meals appropriately. We weren't looking for a free meal. Until they replace their cook, I would not recommend."

"We have been dining at Weathervane for many years. I will say that my most recent experience was not up to par although I am certainly willing to give the restauarant another try at some point. We drive in from Raleigh to dine there and we expect more than we received this past visit. We feel that the staff was the biggest difference this time around. The hostess was unfriendly and ignored a question I asked her. Our waitress was very nice but did not serve us well. I attribute that completely to her other tables upstairs while we were seated downstairs. It would have been a lot for any server to handle. The family seated next to us was annoying due to their two young children holding the reins and being rather noisy. This, of course, does not reflect directly on the restaurant but was just one of a series of unfortunate events."

"A gem of a restaurant! The italian food was delicious and I was able to get a Gluten Free chicken alfredo meal. Being celiac it is difficult to find GF italian food so this was awesome to find so close to home. Definitely coming back!!"

"my wife and I went through memphis for a good vegan breakfast. I have seen many good reviews, so we have ordered the vegan pancakes along with some other food. I was almost halfway through one of the pancakes when I started to taste some ivory and the texture was out. I spit out everything and found chicken in my pancake! it is not as if it accidentally fell into the box, the chicken was cooked in the dough of the pancakes. when we made it, the chef refused to take his debt. we believe they all cook their food on the same grill; there were probably chickens on the grill and they just put the pancake battery on the head. I don't suggest this place for any vegan."

"I am not the biggest fan of cupcakes in general, but after several people have heard that this place is better than Georgetown cupcakes, I had to put this claim on the test. Note that I only tried the Boston position of Georgetown Cupcakes before (and enjoyed it), and I wasn't waiting for two cupcake spots in Georgetown the same day, so take this as a disclaimer. I have two cupcakes, red velvet and strawberry. The red velvet was nowhere near the best red velvet cupcake I've ever had. Although I wasn't too sweet, I wasn't the fan of the cake to the frost ratio (was too much cake in my opinion). I liked the strawberry a little better because the proportion of cake actually had strawberries in it for text and taste contrast. Overall, if you do not like your cupcakes too sweet and with a heavy concrete on the cake, you might like this place - I would say it is a decent take on this style if you can call it that. But it's not my cup of tea, or I guess... cake. And I won't wait 20 minutes."

"Honestly shocked that it took a global pandemic for me to head here! My small bubble look for safe outdoor dining spaces with heaters and this place is awesome. It was drizzling and we were covered and outside with heaters that we had to take our coats off.The part that did not shock me was how good the food was which is in line with the Eastern Standard standards. I'm proud to say that I've tried all of their sister restaurants and truly do miss the Eastern Standard. On top of that, our server Tony, the bartender Cassandra and Tina were awesome! We loved every minute of our experience dining with them and would highly recommend anyone and everyone who wants to have a great dining experience to head over to the Shy Bird"

"this is a good option when they go to eat with others that are not vegan vegetarian as they have a series of diet options. However, the vegan options are limited and not to write something at home. I would recommend the crispy cauliflower, the crispy tofu tacos and the super bowl (see them to change the orders to vegan). the caffe that is connected to the restaurant is nice when they are looking for a quiet place to get something caffeine and work to do! the service is always friendly and accommodating. updated by previous review on 2020-11-22"
