"I recently moved to the Texas area, lao Chamorro natibun Saipan. I was excited that there were a number of Chamorro restaurants I could often experience when I didn't feel like cooking. The Guahan Grill is the BEST Chamorro Restaurant in San Diego County. I am very skeptical when it comes to Chamorro food out here, because the food I had in the first two restaurants in this place did not fully meet my expectations. Here's GREAT! All I had was delicious! I had fried pork retrievals, Ahi Poke, red rice, lumps and Empanada. They were all very delicious!! I'll go back weekly!! Next time I will try the kadun pika and hopefully they have the pigs belly next time!! The service was SUPERB! I think his name was Angelo! Si Yu'us Ma'ase!"
