"The food was good, but the service was terrible. It was an open mic night hers, so I suppose they had a lot ahead, so maybe it was a fuke... But we waited about 25 minutes before we even asked someone about our drink order and they only showed up because we went and complained. We had a reservation for 10:30. They hadn't reserved a table for us, so we had to take what they had outside. Then they said the kitchen “Make sure to be opened til 11”, which meant that we had to hurry and order. Not the best experience, especially with the person at the reception. She sat down and went back in and sat down... didn't tell a waiter that he came out."
