"I ordered a crepe for delivery with no salad or dressing and they accidentally put salad and dressing on it. No big deal, I figure. I just put the salad to the side. Twenty minutes after I received my order (which always tastes amazing), they call me to apologize for their error. Not only did they apologize but they also insisted on re-doing my order and giving me the re-do for free. I just thought this was beyond nice and totally unexpected. It was one of those really kind, rare gestures that I thought I should reward with a good review."
