"Alem is the best waitress this place ever had. In fact, she ran the entire range of seating parties, orders, bussing tables and calls. What a rock star. Guras always had the best Indian food in Utah, but there was service always missing... no more. You're really lucky to have this caliber of attention. My knife fell during our meal and while she was close to a call, she proactively brought me a clean knife. Food as usual. Her coconut curry is so tasteful and sweet that I always naan some of it with my delicious garlic. Meat is delicate and tasteful."
