"I walked in with another girlfriend on Thursday for dinner and there were only a few tables full. I asked for recommendations and our young and friendly waiter with blonde highlights (shout out for good service! suggested 'Bun Dau Mam Tom ' (fried tofu, fishcake and steamed pork with special sauce (fermented fish and pineapple? he said 9 out of 10 parties order this. However, I 'm not a huge fan of the sauce and wanted something grilled. So we decided on 'Bun Nem Cha Dac Biet ', which came with grilled pork, pork cake and fried wonton wrappers with a sweat sauce. For $36 you get so much food. We finished half and I shared the leftover with another person (so it feeds 4 people total pork needs to be cut thinner Overall it was a great experience, I can 't say anything bad about using your hands and making your own rolls. Tip: 1 Come with a group of at least 3 4 people if you want to order a specialty dish 2 Ask for some chopped red chili to add some kick to your rolls"

"Best Vietnamese food I had in USA! And I’ve had Vietnamese food in San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York. The price is also fantastically fair. The food is phenomenal! Unbelievably fresh and delicious. This is a hidden gem in city heights. I found out about it only by chance because of the Street vender style barbecue stand outside reminded me of my home when I was very much homesick. The spring roll, it’s only $4.75! And the roll is huge! With big shrimp and fresh pork belly inside. The sauce is the best I’ve had, very fresh and amazing. The BBQ pork and egg roll with vermicelli 52) is my personal favorite! Haven’t tried other items yet. Their avocado shake is only &3.50 and sooooo yummy in a hot humid day. Just an amazing restaurant. You’ll thank me if you go."

"I loved the menu layout! Very user friendly easy to understand. Written in English And vietnamese. Items on the menu were numbered and coincided with an image of that dish! Plus evening was priced around $11.50! The soups were cheaper. Example I had a number 67: Marinated CHICKEN with FRIED RICE and raw vegetables. However when the 'Tiny ' chicken came it was NOT CHICKEN! it was a CORNISH GAME HEN! with a lot of small bones.. it Tasted fine. The size of the Fried HEN was about the size of a CHICKEN BREAST, However, More bones than meat. It was good though. Plus I 'm sure it helps keep prices down. It lasted a couple hours before I was hungry again. In closing: when I order CHICKEN I expect to see CHICKEN! Other than that were good.. Kenneth"

"Another fine Vietnamese restaurant to enjoy the best noodles, Pho! It was A great cold day and it called for a hot bowl of pho with hearty beef and tendons. Pho Lily is a spacious, clean and comfortable location to dine, with easy to order menus and friendly staff. The broth of the pho was clean, crisp and delicious. A little on the sweeter side in the spectrum of pho. The meats were generous and well cleaned. Satisfied meal!"

"I ordered takeout: bun bo hue, spring rolls (goi cuon), and che 3 mau. Their spring rolls were tasty, although on the lean side in terms of size. They're 2 rolls cut into 3 so 6 pieces for $10. I appreciated that they included herbs in addition to lettuce for more fresh flavor. The bun bo hue is pretty good; the flavor is nice and all the meat is there but it's served with the same garnishes as pho instead of cabbage etc as is traditional for bun bo hue. My overall rating is sub par because they forgot my che dessert but still charged me. I'm very disappointed since it's too late to drive back before I noticed."

"OMG! Delicious!!!!Com ca thit ko tho Carmelized braised fish (I apologize for not spelling this correctly.That what I ordered and it was AMAZING.So I came in expecting to order the baked catfish, but didn’t see it on the lunch menu that I was handed. Also it takes about an hour and is for minimum 2 people (about 4lbs of a whole fish).I did not end up being disappointed. However I would have enjoyed some sort of veggie in addition to the rice and fish. But talk about FLAVOR! Sooooo good!!I also ordered shrimp spring rolls due to their $18 minimum when paying with card (Apple Pay in my case). They had an interesting flavor due to the shrimp Im guessing. It was nice and refreshing. Great size. There was a nice spice added to the peanut sauce.Cleanliness apparently is something that’s talked about in other reviews. It seemed clean and nice, with some homie music that I’d never heard before.After talking to the owner he mentioned the restaurant focus on home cooked Vietnamese food. If this is what homecooking is, sadly I’ve been sleeping on Vietnamese food for far too long.Thank you for Sàu for making my day and expanding my food/flavor pallet."

"I always order the same food every time I go here: Vermicelli Noodles with Spicy Lemongrass Chicken, I love it! The spices were just so good together. I hope they can keep their food quality. The Rice Noodles and Pho Beef Soup are also good, but they are something too oily for my taste. Their little bite appetizers are also delicious."

"The manager recommended the bún măng gỏi gà (number 42) to me, and it did not disappoint. The combo is generous, featuring two dishes, and the chicken was simply delicious. I particularly enjoyed the bamboo shoot broth with the chicken; it was light, flavorful, and aromatic. My boyfriend ordered the bún bò huế, which was sizable and quite tasty, though I found the broth a bit on the salty side. Overall, the food was well-prepared, clean, and delicious."
