"Places like this, in a way, seem to be a dying breed. The tried-and-true; a roadhouse style tavern that checks all the boxes in your dive bar scavenger hunt. I don't come here often, but I can tell that the patrons and regulars really make this spot. Drinks are poured stiff and served quick. Lots of parking. A decent patio with TVs playing your favorite sport games. A backyard, with second bar capability (never seen it used) and the highlight of the show, a couple of horseshoe pits which I hope to come through and utilize more frequently. There's also four dart machines, a small pool table, and one lonely pinball machine (right now it's a Junkyard) but it's generally too dark and crowded to give it a good play. Bert's will get you right if you're in the proper mood for it."
