"Never go any time close to the close of day. And no it wasn't right at close. We went 30 minutes prior to and they messed up the entire order. None of the food was as ordered and the hot dog bun were so wet they were like paste. I understand you have to clean up and close but we only ordered hots dogs and burgers."

"No human being answer the phone….second: I ordered their ribs, onion rings and a chocolate shake. I got a big sloppy hamburger with 1/2 piece of bacon, French fries, and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. And guess what….no humans answer the phone. And their email will not accept replies. "I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at Portillos. We went shopping at Target and had our Eye appointments at America's Best. It is so conveniently located. Right after, we popped in over to the Portillos drive thru, which was not too crowded. We quickly placed our order and we received our food in a timely manner. The food was hot and it was delicious. "We ordered online for store pick up. Went to pick up 5 minutes early early so we waited, and waited, and waited. We asked them where our order was they said it was put in the bin for pick up but was not there. My husband said no one ever put the order in the bin. They said someone else must have picked it up by mistake and they were slow walking to re-do our order.
