"Normally the food and service are great. After arriving home from my last visit to the drive thru I realized that my sandwich was cold. It was obvious that the sandwich was sitting out for at least 30 minutes. Yuck!"

"Corporate needs to honestly close this location down. I'd give zero stars if I could. The teenagers that work here are an extra type of special. Got 45 minutes to kill? Come here. The drive thru line is absolutely awful. The service is absolutely awful too. Then when you finally get your order after waiting 45 mins, the food is cold or there's things missing out of your order. "Food is on point, Service is subpar! I ordered online and waited for 20 min after time given pick up my order before I asked to speak with a manager. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, from giving me attitude when I asked to speak with a manager to interrupting my conversation with the manager. "Our order took 1 hour and 20 minutes from the time that we placed the order to the time it got delivered to us. We ordered through Door Dash and the order went through three Door Dash drivers — the first two drivers abandoned the delivery after showing up to Portillos and because the order wasn’t ready when they showed up. Last time I came here I tired to order inside but some big lady who I presume was a manger told me to go through the drive thru only for me to be told to go back inside only for the same lady to end up giving me my order. "The workers all do their job, they have fun while doing it. The service was great. I had a question with it being my first time going inside and was answered very quickly. Its nice to see a place able to have fun and enjoy working rather than being depressed they had to work."
