"The Bryant Park Grill restaurant has become an after-work meeting place, and gastronomic reference in New York's most vital park. It is one of the many places that end with the myth in the United States only eat burgers. The place is well decorated and very nice, as it opens to the park with a large glass window, and the space between the tables is enough to not listen to the conversations of the rest of the diners. Gastronomic options are many, including brunch. Big rations without being disproportionate and American cuisine with a touch of sophistication. The dishes are very well presented, and the service is, as always, fast and attentive. It is not cheap, as many main dishes are in the orbit of $25. However, an equivalent cuisine in Europe would certainly give us a much higher bill. Wide menu of wines, especially from North America, and even though I haven't just caught your taste, it can be a good occasion to taste some little-known broth on this side of the Atlantic. The dishes we taste are: Steamed Atlantic Salmon Filet braised spaghetti squash flavored with maple syrup, parsnip puree, Pinot Noir beurre blanc Grilled Lemon Chicken, arugula, tomato, capers, cried Yukon gold potatoes, asparagus, preserved lemon Steak Frites, tend cried hanger steak, We told you a lot more about Bryant Park in our post, Bryant Park, New York in Green: '[hidden link] '"
