Also, same bartender messed up my drink then told her co-worker that I changed my mind. She was new but definitely needs more training. Have been there before and had a much better experience. "I was in las vegas for work and took a customer to dinner there. I chose this place because it was a vegan tasting menu so I could eat, but it also had meat options so that my customer would be happy. it was so amazing that I took another client in the next night. I asked her to make my vegan tasting menu without oil. not only did they do it right, but they beat it out of the park. the eating was spectacular and so was the wee. this is a great restaurant for a start or a beautiful date."

"Lovely experience on the patio at Bar Lucia which was much more quiet and calming than the bustle of Oxbow inside! Our server was very friendly and attentive and lunch was well portioned for the price. The beet hummus, chicken sandwich, and Greek salad was the perfect set of lunch items to order and not be too full to enjoy dinner later in the day. We have been before and will absolutely be back for a low key and yummy lunch or people watching with a glass of frosé from the outside bar at Bar Lucia."

"Loved it! Being big fans of Lindsey’s BackDoor Bistro in Vacaville, we couldn’t wait to try her new Mankas BackDoor Grill. We weren’t disappointed! Staff was terrific and the food excellent. We started with a beet salad which was light and delicious. My husband had salmon with a curry sauce on the side and ginger carrots. Perfectly prepared. I had the filet mignon which was superb! Wrapped in bacon, truffles, and haricot vert. Full bar and adequate wine list. Would highly recommend it."

"We planned lunch here to celebrate a colleague's work anniversary; colleagues came in from all over the County to attend. When we arrived, we waited several minutes for a host to arrive at the host stand while several staff walked by without attending to us. Then we were told that they were not sure they could honor our reservation because a private event had bought out the dining room. This was after we had confirmed our attendance via the OpenTable app. They ended up squeezing of us into two uneven fourtops at the front of the restaurant where we could barely hear each other due to the DJ in the food hall. This is not the ambiance we had envisioned to celebrate our colleague. We work next door and are frequent customers of the restaurant. We did not feel well treated that day and will think twice about future reservations here"

The quality of the food is great, the service is great and even the messaging and online ordering is great. They are always super appreciative for our business.
