"The steak I was served was incredibly bland, over boiled and had a minimal crust on it. When I sent him back, they still tried to charge me for the steak, and the manager was incredibly rude when I asked to take it off. I thought it was quite common to take an article in this scenario. When I tried to talk to the owner about the situation, he called me a child to not understand “Margins” although he could not explain how they make me a second steak is better for them than me for the first steak. It was a terrible experience and I guarantee that they would have expected the same if they were in my shoes. They've hurt their feelings and kicked them out with a customer. Very unprofessional."
