"my omnivore friend has kept up and reported that she is very positiw about a vegan. the server was very good and let me know that any of the participants can be vegan made except the gnocci. They have only two vegetarian options, including the gnocci. So you have a choice as risotto. I really don't like risotto. server explained, it is not really risotto, it has no rice, and it is not the soft creamy texture of risotto (what is what I don't like.) the dish was marinated pumpkin seeds (so softer than usual) with cooked vegetables. it was a very wet texture. since I liked the risotto court that the server asked what I want to do? I asked if I could get a selection of the other sweet sides from the others that they did for me, but it was really another appetizer. they only charged me for a starter I appreciated, and the picked beet salad was delicious. they had dessert a vegan that the server told me would be a surprise if I ordered it. I'm not surprised. my friend ordered it and it was good (thick chocolate over nutty/fruity basis with sorbet.) unfortunately my omnivore friends did not cost their meal as much as they would normally have because they were eating over my missing food. I had chips in the hotel, so it was good. I appreciate their enthusiasm and willingness to let vegan join, but I would not say that they really have vegan options. updated by previous review on 2019-04-07"
