"Sweetwaters is my favorite café — the coffee (mochas), Tea (Thai Iced Tea), and smackerels! And the owners and staff are outstanding! The atmosphere — nice views out windows, or a more secluded area, choice of short tables and tall (large and small) and comfy chairs. Also is the host to down town Ann Arbor's 1st urban-fairy fairy door. My office away from office. Many schemes and plans have been developed there."

"I've been trying to find a replacement for a chain brand I'm boycotting and was hesitant because I'm a creature of habit. I have no regrets other than wishing I had swapped sooner! Sweetwater has the best coffee I've had in years and it's so much more flavorful than the big chain coffees. Highly recommend!"

"Disappointed in this place. Came with a friend for coffee. We stood in line with no one in front of us and only about 5 people in the place seated with their drinks already in hand. It took 4 employees over 3 minutes just to look at us. Not a hello, we'll be right with you, nothing. Wouldn't even look at us as they talked to one another. Should have walked out then....When they finally took our order for drip coffee, they stated we had to be members to get refills. No problem, sign us up. Until we discovered that during the pay process we inadvertently didn't sign up because we thought the barista did. We couldn't get refills unless we made an additional purchase (again). We literally just bought the coffee.Overall, the employees were not friendly, the feel of the place was very sterile and they wouldn't consider a refill of drip coffee unless we made an additional purchase of coffee.I would not recommend this place after our experience today."

"I keep asking for whipped cream which you do offer me. If you cannot give it to me because your establishment doesnt carry dome lids that can hold the whipped cream, please for your businesses sake buy them. If you are putting in whipped cream but I just dont see it by the time it arrives, go back to my words of getting the clear plastic dome lid so I can have what I asked for."

"Very rude, poor management. I have been a customer for years and was treated like garbage when the owner decided to put an unqualified, unprofessional person in a position of authority. The owner promised to get back to me after handling the situation and he never did. When loyal customers are treated with no regard, that says a lot about a place and the people running it. Extremely disappointing after spending thousands at Sweetwaters over the years."

"Wow. As someone that grew up with Snoopy, Charlie Brown, and the rest of the gang this was amazing and oddly emotional. The museum itself is incredible, and topping it off at the Warm Puppy is perfect. I felt like I was in a Time Machine back to the 80s/80s, in all the best ways. The ambience, the friendly people, the cartoon memories, etc. I miss those simpler times, and it was amazing to experience a brief trip back to those days. Thank you to the awesome staff at the Warm Puppy and Schultz Museum!"
