"A Touch of France It has been a while since our last visit to Trend Kitchen. This cozy little touch of France is a surprise for many. In front of the house, Aureade (au red dee) and her husband, Chef, Antoine, are from Paris and both are trained chefs, whose dishes are inspired by French cuisine, take creative license to increase their food for fine food. Your menu is fresh and limited. Some old trend dishes remain, but things like their foie grass (Fwa gra duck liver) terrine was extremely delicious! A leg of lamb, sous vide then roasted until perfection served with potatoes and vegetable medal was... good, my plate was cleaned with just one bone rest. Your Mahi Mahi was also excellent, with a sauce you get nowhere else and should the permanent menu (hint) it was so good. The wine list is small but free to eat. Even if we don't have one, a top question was their French version of a Bellini, so we have a reason to return. You can go to the nine’s or dine causally. This is a take your time restaurant and not a food and running place, so make your reservations then back, relax, and enjoy the culinary journey to this little touch of France."
