"during the stay at the grand sheraton hotel there was no choice because there was only one restaurant, but that was better than I expected. the server were also friendly, and from the second visit they recognized me and treated me more friendly, and gave me service to eat. I have tried various things except the pictures I published, and they were all delicious."

"The last couple of reviews mentioned this place was quiet. It was absolutely NOT quiet! They offered me a table in the bar, and there was no way I could have handled that level of noise for an hour. The music actually hurt my ears! So I sat in the dining room which was relatively quieter, but still super loud. Even the waitress was loud! I’m not complaining about her, because she was very friendly and helpful. But I just want to be very clear the place was obnoxiously loud. The salmon was very good. Simply prepared, but I like salmon that way. The sides and dessert were just ok. The wine prices were good for LA. Service was slow. It took a long time to get my wine."

"I decided to come eat here to celebrate my sister’s birthday! Unfortunately I had high hopes. I put in the notes that it was a birthday and there was not any acknowledgment, which was ok. However, at the end of the meal I was charged 3 times for $118. I got an alert about them running the first transaction 10 minutes before I got my card back which I was confused. When I asked they told me they just got the new clover service and didn’t know how to print out my receipt however didn’t bring my card back when trying to figure this out. When my server gave it back she said it was charged twice because someone she gave it to didn’t know she swiped it already and they voided one. She also said “I am happy it was a credit card and not your debit card because that would of been bad” However, I saw it was charged THREE times so I approached them and another lady which I assumed was management said yes it was charged three times and voided twice. No sincere apology. I am very devastated with the outcome of my experience. Very unprofessional!"
