I don't write any restaurants reviews because I worked in the service industry I know and recognize the challenges that are exposed to day and day. whenever I have a bad experience, I simply don't cross the restaurant because it could have been the cook, server or just a bad day that doesn't excuse it as I have higher standards. but again by knowing first hand the challenges I tend to give another opportunity to see if the restaurant, the personal, the food quality or the management have redeemed itself.
