"We spent over 400 dollars with our family for bfast with Santa and were rushed through our bfast. We got there at 11 am and had to ask for someone to bring drinks. No one directed us to go up to the buffet until we asked. Within 40 mins of sitting down noon time) staff was picking up the room around us and our bill was placed on the table without even being asked if we wanted more drinks. We expected to be there at least 2 hours and have our grandson decorate cookies which was not out). This is absolutely unacceptable treatment for a family of 8 who are spending that much money to spend time together for an experience and memories and I think there should be compensation. We were very disappointed."
