When I arrived 20 minutes later, I had to wait another 10 minutes, and after that, I was informed that they hadn’t received my order. I repeated it, only to be told that I had called a different location. When I finally got my food, it was still incorrect, even after a second attempt to correct the order. It wasn’t the wrong items, but the portions were not what I had ordered. Frustrated, I decided to cut my losses and went home to verify the phone number I had called—it was indeed the same one. This is the second time in as many years that I’ve had a disappointing experience there, and I ended up paying for it. If you want to try this place, feel free, but I’m done with it. So, shame on me for giving it another chance, and be prepared for less than satisfactory service."
