"Edit... I first gave a 3 star. Not for every customer service, but a general underwhelming experience. A representative came to me and asked how they could correct this, and I was very satisfied with the customer service fee that was given. I have changed my rating on the basis of the customer service alone. Very nice to take care of someone so much. Thank you."
