"first line I hope the owner gets this and when Fatty?s opened we have ordered from them almost every Friday and in the rule call between 3-4pm to give much time for a 6pm delivery. originally the service was amazing, prompt, friendly and punctual. we had burned an order and it was immediately fixed and a new pizza delivered. for the last few months, however, the service was terrible. we had constantly messed up and not fixed. orderings that were for the delivery that never showed and had to pick them up just to find no one in the restaurant and 6 employees behind the counter. the gentleman (E.S, who now takes the phone instructions, is rude and gives constant talk about why ordering can not be delivered with 2 hours notice and offers some additional ranches for there error. or says they are on the way and then call back and say that the pizza is still in the restaurant and is ready for a da pick up when I? m fact, it should be a delivery. not only is the now pizza cold, to which we were also lied when reviewing the order. ordering via the phone seems impossible now as they hardly answer the phone. it is completely regrettable what happens there online delivery, telephone delivery and telephone service. I know that we will manage our business until the training of the current employees or their replacement, the business will not greatly affect, but I hope that there will be a look at the owner, as I am not alone in this matter. I will also remove this review as soon as the service has been restored. we hope to make future business again. have a great day."
