"I come here quite often but I’m thinking about changing that, we ordered a pizza and it turned out to be a “free box top pizza” so it was free, we gave jalen the cashier the receipt for the free pizza that had been ordered and taken care of online, just gave her the receipt to prove it was taken care of, 5 minutes later I have the guy who made the pizza call and say jalen said we had stolen it, so I cleared everything up with the guy on the phone and then 5 minutes after that had been sorted out she had people start personally messaging me! This is very unprofessional considering she had someone who didn’t even work at Casey’s message me about it. She’s very unprofessional, rude, and the way she acts is like she’s on something. She ruined my Casey’s experience and something needs done."
