"An order for the first time Friday evening of the Lord with my order over the phone was very pleasant and took the time to explain some of their menu items for me, ordered a large paprika pizza, which was excellent the best I had in very long time, a cold cut sub, which was also very good and a cheese steak sub, which was excellent no complaints here except I wish would have ordered her fries LOL. Will definitely eat there again"

"I had to wait until my food was on the way because I was afraid of food contamination, and this needs to be said. They called to charge me a dollar after asking for extra sides of ginger dressing. My order was over $80.00. It was a five minute call because I couldn't find my debit card. If the food is out of this world amazing I will reconsider maybe but nickle and diming me when I am paying over 20% tip? That's a NO from me from now on."

"Fun apres ski spot. Lots of outdoor tables and the crowd is festive and fun. Great view of the mountain and it’s a good spot to watch the skiers come down. It’s pricey but typical for a ski area. The service is fast and attentive. Good beer selection but the food is just a average. We had the chips and guacamole and chicken fingers and meh."

"My experience at this sushi bar was incredibly disappointing. I came with my mother and my friend to eat sushi but we were handed the lunch menu and none of the rolls had descriptions so when we asked for one with descriptions, our server seemed awfully peeved. She snatched the menus out of my mom's hand and returned with ONE dinner menu, with the descriptions. We asked for two more and our server turned and I could see she rolled her eyes as she walked away. She returned with the menus and we began to look at the menu, she comes back not 3 minutes later and asked if we were ready to order. We told her we weren't and not ONCE did she ask if she could help us out with the menu, or if we had questions. NOT AT ALL. This occurred three times. We finally get the sushi and it was alright, hence the two stars. My friend and I enjoyed our food, but my mom ordered their Manhattan roll and the sushi did not have even HALF of the eel sauce and she did complain about it, but the server kept talking over her and explaining that they take prettier photo of the food but they do not make the food like that. My mom was flustered and told them that she did not want hers anymore and that she had lost her appetite. Again, our server just kept talking over her and just huffed when mom dismissed her. So ungodly upset."

Who knows Freak's opening up on schedule that nobody knows. It's never a good sign when a restaurant is empty. "Looking for more parts of Jacksonville, I came across this small institution where I tried her salmon sashimi and it was of perfect quality. However, I am convinced that you must weigh the price of quality to determine what is the best offer for sashimi and while the quality was spectacular, the price was, in my opinion, steep. Now I would dare to say if this place would be to offer and all you can eat Sushi nigiri and Sashimi for a 2-hour window and they had to eat as much as they could in a 30-minute window to be fair to other males.... Tell a person for $30 to $35.... I would definitely pay this hi for such quality. Now of the six places that I specialize for sashimi, this is in my number two easy for the fact that there is the highest salary salmon sashimi that I had in all Jacksonville, but the number one goes to Miya Sushi, which may be just a 5% difference in the quality of her laugh for in everything, you can eat price of $28 for dinner menu. I think that for the pure amount you can get for a lower price there is a low quality difference. However, I applauded Sushi factory, because I very uncomplicated and blunt about these reviews and all the others I have in the last 10 years do not even come close to two top options. I will just come back because I support a company that maintains so high quality standards, even if it costs me now and then a little more to visit and partake."

"Service was great. They had enough help to keep things running smoothly. The pizza was exceptional fresh ingredients, freshly made unlike anything you’re used to, such as a dominoes style pizza. If you like dominoes you will not like this pizza it has actual flavor and real cheese that you can taste with real seasoning. Fresh dough not frozen like dominoes and most other pizza places. It makes a huge difference when it’s fresh. I was surprised Just like the Rosati’s in my Chicago neighborhood. All items on the menu are just as exceptional."
