"I had the worst experience today in LaSpadas. After I made my order wrong for an employee (subjects me tuna instead of chicken), I was told to return a refund. When I returned, the manager delivered the worst customer service possible. Not only did I have to leave my way to return for a refund, but the manager was rude, dismissed and just totally ridiculous when I returned. I was really shocked to find out that the person was so unprofessional the manager. I will never return to this place and will be sure to spread the word about the level of unprofessionality and disregard I received as a customer. Check the reviews! Not just me."
