"Garcia's, the end all, be all.. Being a young adult from Lubbock I have basically grown up on Garcia's, as our choice of Mexican food in the area. The food has always been good but the service has really gone down hill. They've kept a lot of the same servers for years but it's as if they have now grown tired of the restaurant and take it out on everybody. The new hires seem to be college students just seeking something that will make them quick money. This disappoints me because the food is so good. You should keep in mind, like another user said, that they like the throw in sneaky up charges to things like sour cream or tortillas. In the end, food is amazing, service could use some work and as far as the prices go, you never know what you're going to get."
