"When I call the Domino's in Saint Michael, I expect to speak with someone who actually works at that location, not a call center representative who struggles with English. When that person sends me the wrong order, I believe I should receive a refund for the food I didn’t order. If I ordered a burger at Applebee's and received chicken instead, I wouldn't pay for it—so why should I have to pay for food that wasn’t mine? Yet, they won't issue a refund."
