"SRI LANKA Eat the World NYC review: At an address not known for its long-lasting restaurants, a four month old newcomer tries to buck the trend. The first word on their kitchen is positive, with an obvious care taken in their dishes. Try this beautiful lamprais, a dish of meat curry over rice baked in a banana leaf wrap. Also of some note is the yogurt drink flavored with wood apple, a fruit in the citrus family found in South and Southeast Asia. We will be cheering for Sagara to do better than its predecessors and become a neighborhood mainstay within Staten Island's Sri Lankan community."
