"Wow! I can't believe how terrible this place is! First, how can you go wrong with pizza? It's just dough, sauce, cheese and toppings! Even if you speak a concern, be ready to scream. Your menu items are much overpriced and the place COULD BE cleaner. Even the pizzas I tasted old and were really fat. This place is the first price for making terrible pizza and with HORRIBLE customer service. They don't care about their customers... You're just taking care of the money! I was really impressed that I took my friends here!"

"We have lived across from this restaurant for 2 years, but only recently discovered this hidden gem. The pizza was excellent, especially with the garlic sauce, mushrooms, and tomatoes. The appetizers had a bar style but were reasonably priced. The beer was refreshingly cold. The back terrace was secluded, and I can't wait to come back on a summer night to enjoy live music in this cozy space."

"Ordered my food. Was told there would be a 30 minute wait. I pull up 30 minutes later my pizza was done but my chicken wasn't. They had me sit for 6 minutes then park in the parking lot for 6 minutes. I drove around come back sat for another 6 minutes. They told me to go sit behind the building. I sat behind the building for another 6 minutes before just going up and getting a refund and them trying to hand me my pizza that had been sitting there for 30. Some odd minutes and the chicken do not go here. It's by far the worst gionino's in addition, I hope they did not steal from me. The receipt he gave me isn't even actually my receipt. It just says that my order was voided so if they took $30 I'll be I'm sure to take further action with the BBB and whoever else I need to."
