"We ordered Pancho villa med well. And it looked like it didn't even hit the grill. The steak and the bacon was all pink. My fiance got the Pollo Ranchero with no bell peppers. With sour cream. Hers had bell peppers and didn't get her sour cream. Called to see what to do about it and offered a 10$ refund. I didn't even get to eat mine at all she luckily just picked her peppers off but was a very very unsatisfied situation. She's off work once every 2 weeks and was suppose to be a little date night for us movies at home with a nice dinner.and definitely didn't have a good night dinner for us. Very disappointed ?"

"Quickly seated. Nice atmosphere. We had the $6.99 special with no extras other than our drinks. The bill for the two of us was $23 something. Can't figure that out. I had a giant pepper smothered in cheese with no rice. Bare bones. Should have gone to the catfish place a couple of doors down. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5"

"The food once we received it was good. I guess they just lost our order so it took half an our to get our fajitas. I had to ask for chips and salsa as our waiter had not brought any to us. My husbands fajitas he had asked for cheese on top and our waiter noticed it missing when another person delivered the food but never brought out the cheese nor mentioned forgetting it when he brought out bill. I guess it would be okay to go again if we would have a better waiter experience. It's also very noisy so good for people with small children which there were several families. The fajitas did have good flavor just a bad experience I think"

"We had the Texas Burrito, crazy pommes, fried steak and avacado plate. All were presented beautifully and more than many portions. For the quantity of food we received, I think prices were very reasonable if not under what I expected. We also serve fresh chips and salsa. The place was very clean and our server was pleasant and attentive. All in all was a 5 star!!!!!! I'm going back. Also forget to mention the menu is extensive with many beef, chicken and shrimp or fish dishes. Can't wait to try the meal."

"Consistently good food. I was in El Paso several times and always had great food and great service. We take half of our meals home because of the big portions. Some of the waiters can understand a little hard, especially for older people, but they are always happy and welcoming. The service is really fast and there are always chips and salsa on the table. The rice is always delicious (and my favourite)!"

"This place was very rude to my sister in law, so she is an African women and she was picking up a door dash order, she asked employees and the MANAGER for help on the order everyone ignored her but everyone spoke Spanish to her when they clearly spoke English to her at the end when she was leaving. That was clearly bad service and very poor management. Not to mention that’s racial profiling against a working African female women. Do better!!"

"my boyfriend I have been coming here frequently for the passed 7 months or so.. "I am beginning to believe that this is my favorite location of the Dayton options. I've always felt that each El Rancho is a tad different from the others. The menu is the same, but there is a slight flair that makes one thing or another different. For instance, the taco shells are the best at this location. They just are crispier and look slightly different than the other locations. I've never been a fan of their salsa (not chunky, too pureed), but it's better here. Good portions as well."
