"I have had many a memorable meal here, so when friends were coming into town and staying near, I thought that this would be a great place. I had not been to Pound Pence in a number of years. While the ambiance was nice enough (although the music was a little loud when we first arrived , the food wasn't spectacular. The the tuna nicoise that I had was overcooked (not my requested medium rare, but, rather, medium and a little tough and overdressed. (Note to self: Ask for the dressing to be on the side. I did not ask about my friends' meals, although they didn't say anything about it either way."

"I received two orders to pick up for Uber eats here close to midnight. I got there and it’s an abandoned building that used to be a bar. The “restaurants” I was picking up for were called Taco Grille and Wing Bar, and I soon realized they aren’t real. A quick google search shows there are no such places in Cleveland. As soon as I got out of my car to go to the building the order was cancelled, not by the person who ordered the food or me.The address has several restaurants listed on ubereats and Grubhub, and they’re all fake. It seems to me like they offer high pay, double orders to get people to come in the middle of the night with no intention of giving any food. I’m grateful I had a friend waiting for me in the car because it quickly felt like a dangerous situation. Please don’t order from any of their fake restaurants and don’t go there to pick up food."

"only this morning 3:30 clock I got 2 requests from uber isst with 2 different restaurant names, a burgerplatz and a pizza place, the same address. I get everything happy and everything. only to find out that the location is closed, and that there are 2 other drivers in the same situation as I. 1 address different restaurant names. I called the support of ubereats. let them remove the commands from my datei and I'm driving with the other two who are getting out of there."

"We moved from the neighborhood a few years ago and made a special trip just to come eat here. The food is always delicious and this trip wasn't any different. Even 3 years later. We brought our friend visiting from Ohio and my mother in law. They both raved about the people and portions. We will try to come back a lot sooner for our next trip."

"I work with this restaurant and am on the kitchen at least once a week. It's cleaner than any kitchen I work with and I see a lot of them. I had her pizza and chicken cakes and they're fantastic. Everything's up. There is a groundless accusation that circulates from a would-be influencer that a worker spits in food. I think the accusation is nonsense. I've seen the video and it just shows that she's leaning on the food she's preparing, nothing more. I know this woman, she works well and hard. My experience tells me she would never spit into someone's food. Try this place for yourself, you will be happy that you did it!"

"Angela was a very nice server and the price was decent.However..bad coffee. Bad chicken fried steak. Bad hash browns. Do NOT get the cheesecake- it was like it had been sitting out for 3 weeks.Very suspicious that they had like 5 hand sanitizers in view of customers. Anyone who has taken a biology class, food course, or works in medical knows that hand sanitizer is not a fair trade for washing your hands! For this reason, I will NOT be back."

"we decided to try the delivery during covid, and I am so glad that we did. eating was fantastic. the food came in our house pipping hot and the driver was ever so pleasant. we ordered three dishes the fish and chips delicious, the. all dressed submarine with fries and the bdr spaghetti. the portions were incredible, let's just say we eat for lunch in the morning. they wrote about the container bon appetite and stay safe and I thought that would be a really nice note. I will order again very soon."

"my first time here and ready to be asked if they made reservations. it's not a big thing and it took her one to find a table and I'm not sure why. the restaurant was beautifully decorated and the facility was very relaxing and welcoming. our waiter was very profis. I command the Butternuss-Quash-Lasagna with huh he warned me that his little one on the sweet side would be the combination of zimt that she would find in a butternut soup. I added chickens to him, but I'd order it without the chicken. my man had pasta carbonara. the tastes were right."

"You know you've had a great experience when there is quiet at a table of chatty librarians. We had the famous fried green tomatoes, which were light with 2 delicious sauces; one gravy, the other a chipotle sauce. I really enjoyed the c chipotle sauce with fried green tomatoes, because it had a bit of a spicy kick to it. (The fgt came with the yummiest cheese grits). I had the yummy chicken waffles (also with yummy cheese grits also blueberries on the side), which with sauces added some really good layers of flavor. I tried them all. Did I mention our waitress was very patient and friendly? A superb experience!"

"We went to my mother's birthday on Saturday night. I definitely recommend reservations. Our waiter was very nice. Great family restaurant atmosphere. When a waitress accidentally fell a glass near our table, glass pieces flew to our table. Our waiter and manager have quickly cleaned us from our table and brought us new water and appetizers. Well, about the food. It was just okay. The best was fried zucchini. Everything looked good, but Bland was except my sister's steak. The steak was cooked for perfection, but was very salty. I'd go back to see if Saturday went out a night, but it wouldn't be my first choice."

"I have eaten here a few times over the past 20 years. However, this visit was different. We had to ask for everything g from a refill of our drinks to ketchup for the fries. My stepson had to get silverware from nearby tables for us to eat our salad. The food was as I remember it. However, the service and lack of care for the customers ruined this restaurant for me and my family. We will not be back for another dine in experience, that's for sure!!!"

"I visited this bakery deli for the first time, and it was quite busy. However, the service was quick and friendly. The baked goods were excellent and brought back memories of the bakeries we loved in Germany. The deli had a great selection of sausages from our favorite spot in Baltimore, Binkerts. The parking situation is a bit limited, so if you can find a spot nearby and walk, that might be helpful."
