"This place is, without a doubt, the worst restaurant I have ever been to. We visited a location nearby and ordered from the Americana Grill. The special on the menu was fish and shrimp. I asked the waiter what kind of fish it was, but he didn't know and told me it wasn't crying. We waited an hour for our appetizers (which were basically just fat), and when my father-in-law inquired about our dinner, my father, who is 82 years old, was met with a dismissive attitude from the waiter, who casually said, "Cook it, man." At that point, we decided to leave. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs."
