"The guy who was on cash register tonight does a horrible job, we came to the restaurant for our anniversary dinner sat on a table waited for over 20 mins no one came to take our order I walked to the cash register guy to ask what’s the deal he said oh u have to make the order first , the employees saw us coming in no one said anything to us about ordering first then set on the table even tho the restaurant wasn’t busy at all when we walked in , I told the guy we’ve been waiting for almost half an hour now can u please just take the order he was like nah sorry stand in the line we are short staffed BUT he was on his phone playing when we walked in first time, it was already a long line we had to wait in so we left , my husband did a takeout order instead he called the restaurant the same guy answered the phone, one of the orders was a hamburger when we got home it was a CHEESE burger and one of the other orders was lamb chops with rice and the rice wasn’t good like it used to be, definitely horrible experience for our anniversary. Today Wensday December 15th 2021 around 7 pm."
