"I was a regular customer for last year or so. I will prefer this by saying that I only ordered pizza (both the special pizza and build your own) It is my 'go to' place for pizza, I usually 2-3 times a month. I find the pizza to EXCELLENT, one of the BEST in the Chicope range. I like the website for online ordering. Quality ingredients, good food, fair, competitive prices, simple online order eliminates the need to call and order. I notice fair sales at the front desk, but the staff is always polite. My only handle is the location (and parking lot) it is a multi-tenant stripe marble, and sometimes sucks the parking lot. Other than that, great pizza, enjoy!"

"We loved the food. However, this evening we started to place an order and use one of the coupons (we’ve used often since we order 1-2 times a week from here). The gentleman said asking the order told us “you can’t use this coupon every time you order”. There no mention of this on the site or the menu. I’ve never had an issue using coupons here in the past. I asked him to cancel our order. Safe to say, we won’t be ordering from here again. If you offer a coupon with no mention of how many times you can use that coupon, you should honor it."

"I work at Best Western Plus Hotel and Conference Center on O’Donnell street. This is the ONLY pizza place that we trust and use. She guests ask us for me yes to nearby pizza shop places….this is the one we give them. When we run out we call them to get more. Every guest who orders from here LOVES the food and continues to order from Eastern Pizza every time they come. I always get chicken tenders and fries for myself and must say that the chicken is the juiciest and best tasting tenders that I’ve ever gotten from any location…and their fries are great. Ugh. "Cranford's best is the worst place I and my employees have ever been busy. I ordered two orders from the pork roll sandwich, I only got one order from it. The owner had the courage to tell me that I was wrong and I never ordered two orders and that he doesn't know what I'm talking about. I was still polite and keep my cool statement that I was accused of two orders and that they made the mistake clear. He turned it to me and called me and said that I was clearly wrong and I never ordered two. I said I won't order from them and you just lost a customer, he said you won't order from here anymore? Then I will not send you your second order. I couldn't believe the OWNER! This business talked to such a customer. What a SCUM BAG!!! Everyone in the office heard the call we recorded. If someone knows if there is a way to post this call, I would LOVE to share it with you all. Someone from the WORST plans. And this is the thing that the WAY has thrown on me. F-CK DIESER PLACE."

"Couldn’t get into the store to pick up my order. The store is way to small. I legit left my order there. No way was I waiting 15 plus minutes outside to get inside then wait another 10. All set. Will never order from there again. I won’t even pick up a DoorDash order from there that’s how bad it is. 20-25 people just sitting in around the store. Can’t walk near the place without being harassed."
